Meet Natalia

Hi, I’m Natalia D’Andrea - a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Gut Specialist. I’ve spent the past years working with women from around the world just like you to help them find the confidence that comes from healing your gut symptoms for good!

My story

My symptoms of an unhealthy gut

From a young age, I’ve struggled with eczema and dermatitis. Several things would make my skin flare up, from products to certain kinds of food. In my late teens, I was always severely constipated and needed to rely on laxatives and very strict diets to attempt to improve my bowel movements. Later on, I had a very bad car accident that resulted in broken bones which required eight rods in my back. On top of that, I had an infection after my surgery and had to stay hospitalized for 30 days, taking 3 very strong intravenous antibiotics to kill an unknown bacteria I was battling. After I left the hospital, the antibiotic treatment continued for 2 more months. At that time, I was simply happy I survived and didn’t lose any mobility or cognition. However, it was later on that I felt the true consequences of antibiotic usage. I was always bloated and tired, and my hair and nails had become brittle.

Learning to listen to my body

Several years later, I had a really serious kidney infection and abscess caused by e.coli, along with SIBO, parasites and H. Pylori. My immune system and gut were screaming for help, but I lacked the knowledge and self-awareness to listen to my body. It was this health scare that helped me decide to stay in Canada and change my career path to deep dive into the world of health and nutrition. Since then, I’ve been working on improving my health exponentially along with my studies, research, and trial and error. Once I started to see and feel the incredible differences that nutrition can make, I knew that I wanted to help other people thrive on their gut healing journey like me. I want to plant the seed of self-awareness and create positive and long-lasting changes in their digestive and gut health that will reflect in their whole being.

I’m so grateful for the journey I’ve been on that’s helped me to see life and its beauty in a whole different way.
